Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive
- Work directly with Account Supervisor and Managing Director in a supporting role
- Coordinate with clients and partner agencies (including media partner(s), client vendors etc.)
- Manage competitive and category intel and analysis
- Participate in trade show(s)
- Assist in establishing project timing and budgets
- Monthly budget tracking and management
- Support account/strategy team
Requirements
- One year minimum advertising agency experience
- Strong budget management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong knowledge of social media
- Ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- High standards and a strong work ethic
- MAC savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, Keynote etc.
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree
