Mid-level creative team

Walrus is looking for a mid-level creative team. The ideal candidates would have 3-5 years experience at a creatively-led advertising agency. We are looking for smart, funny, self-starting individuals with a passion for media and culture. Art, film, design, tiktok, books, architecture, comedy – ideally these are the things that take up your free time. You should be an ad nerd. Do you know the great work and who did it? Writers gotta be able to write in real sentences, and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the state of the human condition. Art directors, you need to be able to pick a font and set it, understand how visuals and words work together, work the photoshop, know what a two-shot is. You should have a working knowledge of the various ai platforms: midjourney, gemini, chat gpt, claude.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum advertising agency experience 
  • Adobe Creative Suite fluency
  • Social media fluency
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree 
  • Must be in or around NYC
